18-12-2009: CHRISTMAS WISHES
The board of Scientific Society of Geologists Students of Jagiellonian University and other omitted members would like to wish to all of you Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! We all hope that upcoming year 2010 will be even better than 2009. We should get good rest during our Christmas break in order to come back to work after New Year with new enthusiasm :)

All of the organisators of GEOCAKE would like to thank for active participation in our action and your support. Thanks to your intensive eating of cakes, GEOCAKE ended with splendid success. We will surely repeat that event in the future for that reason.

06-12-2009: SOCIETY CHRISTMAS MEETING AND SLIDESHOW FROM EXPEDITION TO CHINA AND MONGOLIA
Society Christmas Meeting will take place on Tuesday (15. XII) at 19.30 hours. It wil be combined with slideshow of Karol Jewuła and friends who will present photographs from their expedition to China and Mongolia. We would like to invite all members and enthusiasts of our society as well as proffesors and others interested in the subject.

In connection with cataloguing in Society`s Library, we do request all members who have borrowed books from it in this and previous academic year, to return them to library untill the end of 2009 year. We inform that those who will not return books may lose right to using library. Thank you in advance!

01-12-2009: UPDATE IN THE HISTORY SECTION
We sinecerely invite to familiarize with the history of Scientific Society of Geologists Students of Jagiellonian University. Society have functioned under various names however it was established in 1873. It is the oldest student`s organisation uniting enthusiasts of geology. History was written by Karol "Kajor" Jewuła. We especially ask former members of our organization to send their memories and comments on text.

If you want to become a member of Society you can subscribe now using the formular in section Become a member! Paying a 10 PLN fee is also nessesary condition to become a rightful member. Fee should be payed to our magnificient treasurer - Karolina Gadowska (3^rd year).

15-11-2009: 1^st STUDENTS' INTERNATIONAL GEOLOGICAL CONFERENCE
We proudly announce that our Society will organise 1^st Students' International Geological Conference which will take place between 16 and 19 April 2010. The event`s website already exists www.geological-conference.pl. Online regristration will be available soon! :)

After two-years break the website of our Society exists again!!!
We hope that after this realativly short gap caused by technical difficulties the website of our great organisation will wake up and start to live again. We suggest to start with visiting updated Members and Activity sections.
